In this context, tools and models developed for health promotion, prevention, and management of noncommunicable diseases will be demonstrated, as well as how they function in practice. To facilitate public access to the discussions and examples of best practices presented, the session will be broadcast online on the Privesc.eu platform on June 4.
A special event of the current edition is the presentation of the Republic of Moldova component of the international virtual exhibition „Everyday Things: Living with a Chronic Condition”. Through simple yet meaningful objects, the exhibition brings to the forefront authentic stories about health, care, hope, and resilience. International stories from Switzerland, Kosovo, Ukraine, and Tanzania can be discovered on the digital platforms of the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH).
Organized biennially, the conference has established itself as one of the most important regional platforms for professional and scientific dialogue in the field of public health. Through its international, multidisciplinary, and solutions-oriented character, the event contributes to strengthening cooperation among research, public policy, and practice, promoting the development of healthier and more resilient systems and communities.
